Gabriel Cordero Fuentes is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Argo Capital.  

Prior to Argo Capital, as Investment Manager at Opportunity Housing Group, Mr. Cordero Fuentes led the underwriting and acquisitions of bond-financed multifamily workforce housing in California and Texas for a $1 billion portfolio with a total of 1,904 units. Furthermore, Mr. Cordero Fuentes led the underwriting for development and value-add acquisitions totaling over 800 multifamily units and $200 million in total equity investment for Gran Ciudad, the Mexican multifamily platform of Denver-based real estate private equity firm, Black Creek Group (acquired by Ares Management in 2021). Mr. Cordero Fuentes’ prior experience also includes a position Sales Analyst at the Corporate & Investment Bank division of J.P. Morgan in New York City.

In addition to Argo Capital, Mr. Cordero Fuentes is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of NU Properties, a real estate investment firm focused on acquisition and development of high-end residential real estate in Mexico. 

Mr. Cordero Fuentes holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
